License Agreement
This license agreement legally binds DISCPICTURE and you, or on behalf of your employer, with the same rights limitations and restrictions
applicable to your employer. You hereby agree to the terms of this license agreement and are aware that all images from the CD-ROM are
protected by intellectual property laws.
Grant Of License
In consideration of the obligations, warranties and undertakings of License in this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non
transferable right to use and reproduce the image in any electronic or digital form or printed material. Example included: advertisements,
reports, brochures, books, presentations, video, multimedia applications or packaging. The images may not be copied in its entirely but it
can be access and use by 9 persons within the same entity, on a computer network. You may not sub-license, sell, resell, distribute, lease,
or give away any portion of the images contained hereon, or any compilation, or collective work containing such images to any third party or
organization without prior written consent of DISCPICTURE.
Your may not use, or allow anyone else to use any of the images to create pornographic, libelous, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful
material. You may not post the images on any electronic bulletin board, place the images on-line in a downloadable format, or use the images
in a website at a resolution higher than 640 x 480 pixels at 72dpi. Images are not to be resold or transferred to another party, or may not be
incorporated into an artwork for which to claim of new copyright may be obtained.
Warranties Of The Company
The Photographic content in this Agreement are not defamatory, obscene or blasphemous, and do not infringe any rights of copyright or other
intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties, but no right of action shall accrue against the company in the event of the
said photographic content being deemed or found to be defamatory, obscene or blasphemous or an infringement of third party rights.
The company warrants that all permissions and consents required in relation to the exploitation of persons and individuals featured in the said
photographic images have been obtained but his permission expressly and exclusively relates only to activities and uses permitted by the terms
of this Agreement as outlined above. Using an image or images from this CD-Rom in the way that you are comply with the terms and conditions above,
otherwise this license will automatically terminated, the product must be returned to the company immediately.
Limited Warranty
This CD-Rom may be refunded at the purchase price or replaced of a same new CD-Rom to you in case of any defects in material and workmanship for 30
days from the delivery, at the company's option. DISCPICTURE shall not be liable to you or any third party for any general, special, direct, indirect
consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of this license or you or any third party use of images. Canceling the license revokes a right
to publish, reproduce or use the image(s).
Copyright
All images from the CD-Rom are proprietary and copyrighted owned by DISCPICTURE or its Licensors and shall be interpreted and governed by the international
treaty provisions and other applicable law.
